Last Day In Sydney

so this is a little bit of a retroactive post, seeing as this all happened, i don't know, maybe a few days ago.
anyways: we went to Sydney courtesy of a ferry from Manly, got a car, learned to drive on the left side of the road in Downtown Sydney (followed by a harrowing trip across the Harbour Bridge) met the Gio, saw his church-to-be, swam some epic journey around Balmoral, and won some money at the pokeys (my newfound luck continues). The nexy day, we took a trip to the the Blue Mountains, had a meat pie (of sorts), saw the Three Sisters, got eaten by many flies, drove to Darling Harbour, experienced a bit of "Culture Day" (courtesy of some wealthy Chinese Pharmaceutical and their firework barge) and then visited the Sydney Aquarium, where we got to see sleepy seals, a playful pair of platupii (my word), and walked underneath an acquarium full of sharks, rays, other kinds of bright and beautiful fish, and two large sea turtles (!). brilliant. i expect Ash to be very jealous of me. and i accept his jealousy. it is welcome here. and we haven't even talked about Australia Zoo yet.

So, I'm going to try to make it my goal to be first comment for every post.

All jealousy I had is cancelled out by the fact that you spelled "aquarium" wrong.

So there.

Eat it.
